Lost-wax Bronze

For me it was an enormous leap to go from monolithic spheres or after the Platonic solids to pieces where light passes through.
In fact, I went through a stage where the pieces were in black and white because light and shadow speak of a very deep part of my life, with very marked contrasts, and where that crossing of positive and negative, of strength and fragility, has made in me an inner unity. But I had to go through this stretch as if the sphere had given me permission to be a tabula rasa from where I could re-emerge and integrate this figure into my own inner or philosophical preoccupation."
